When You Arrive
You’ll be welcomed into a calm, cozy space with soft lighting, music, and a vibe that says “you made the right choice.”
Mattie will check in with you about your needs, boundaries, and any areas you’d like to focus on (or avoid).
You’ll be given privacy to undress to your comfort level—draping is always provided, and you’ll be covered the entire time.
She’ll explain anything you need to know before beginning, so you feel totally safe and informed.

Expect gentle conversation (if you like!) or quiet stillness—this is your time.
Mattie’s massage style is slow, responsive, and intuitive. You can speak up at any time about pressure, positioning, or temperature.

You may feel floaty, calm, or even emotional after your session—all of it is normal.
Drink water, take your time standing up, and try not to rush off to a stressful task right after.
Mattie may offer a few suggestions or check-ins if you’re working on specific goals, but you’re also welcome to just soak it in.
