We get it—massage can feel a little intimidating.
Whether it’s your very first session or you’re trying something new, it’s totally normal to have questions (or nerves!). This space is designed to be gentle, judgment-free, and fully centered around you.
Below are answers to some common questions so you can arrive feeling confident, relaxed, and informed.

💸 Payment & Policies 💸

Deposits:
A deposit is required to secure your appointment. This helps protect Mattie’s time and ensures availability for all clients.

Cancellations:
Life happens—we get it! If you need to cancel, please do so at least 48 hours before your session. Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 48 hours, or missed appointments, are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals:
If you’re more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a missed session. This allows Mattie to stay on schedule and give every client the full care they deserve.

Payment Methods:
Payment will be collected at the end of your appointment. Mattie accepts card, cash, or Venmo.
Massage is a collaborative process—when you show up fully, so can I. These policies help me maintain a consistent, respectful, and nourishing practice for all of my clients.
