🤰 Can I Get a Prenatal Massage?
In most cases, yes! Prenatal massage is considered safe during all trimesters—as long as it’s done by a trained therapist (like Mattie!).
However, there are a few conditions (like high-risk pregnancies or certain complications) where massage may need to be modified or avoided. If you’re unsure, check with your doctor or midwife—and feel free to reach out with questions before booking.
Mattie is happy to work with your provider to create a session that supports you and your baby safely.
Support for your body when it’s doing some of its most beautiful, intense work.
Mattie offers nurturing, specialized care for both expecting and new parents, with techniques tailored to each stage of the journey. From easing back pain and pelvic tension, to calming the nervous system and creating space for rest, her sessions are rooted in gentleness and deep respect.
Postpartum massage can help ease muscle tension from labor, support hormone regulation, and offer a grounding space in the midst of major change. Whether you're breastfeeding, bottle-feeding, healing from surgery, or just adjusting to life with a new little human, your body deserves support too.
She also understands that every body—and every pregnancy—is different. That’s why sessions are fully customized to meet you exactly where you are. (Healing doesn’t stop after birth—and neither should the care you receive.)
Session Options:
✦ 60 minutes – $75
✦ 90 minutes – $110
